Auggie “$100 Try-On Video Refund” Promotion
Effective Date: May 7, 2025
1. Sponsor
This promotion is offered by Auggie, Inc., a Colorado corporation.
2. Eligibility
To qualify, you must be at least 22 years old and reside in the United States. You must purchase an Auggie Breast Implant Sizer Kit from our website between May 7, 2025, and August 31, 2025. Limit one refund per order and one per household. Void where prohibited.
3. How to Participate
To be eligible for the $100 refund, you must:
– Purchase an Auggie Sizer Kit during the promotional period.
– Record a try-on video that meets the Video Guidelines below.
– Upload your video through our official submission page within 30 days of your purchase.
– If your video is selected and posted by Auggie, you will receive a $100 refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Video Guidelines
Your video must include:
– All three sizer volumes (blue, pink, and purple), tried on in non-revealing, everyday clothing.
– One outfit change to show how sizing appears in different tops.
– Honest, clear commentary, including: why you're trying Auggie, where you are in your decision-making process (e.g., booked consult or still exploring), and how each size felt.
– Clear lighting, stable filming, and audible speech.
– No copyrighted music, nudity, medical advice, or offensive language.
5. Selection and Use of Videos
Submitting a video does not guarantee selection or refund.
Auggie has the sole discretion to determine whether a video is used, and is under no obligation to provide feedback or explain why a video was or was not selected.
If your video is selected for use, you will receive a $100 refund. If it is not selected, it will be deleted and no refund will be issued.
6. Ownership and Usage Rights
By submitting a video, you assign all worldwide rights, title, and interest in the content to Auggie. You grant us full permission to edit, publish, distribute, and display the content on any platform, now or in the future, without further compensation beyond the $100 refund (if applicable). You waive any right to review, approve, or revoke our use of the content.
7. Privacy and Data Use
We collect your name, email, order ID, and video solely to evaluate your submission and issue refunds if applicable. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including the CCPA and GDPR. For questions or data requests, email legal@tryauggie.com.
8. Refund Delivery
If selected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
If you ordered a rental kit, you will not be issued the promo refund until the rental kit is returned.
9. General Conditions
Auggie may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time for any reason, including technical issues or suspected abuse. By participating, you release Auggie, its employees, and contractors from liability related to your submission or the use of your video. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any legal disputes must be resolved in a court located in Denver, Colorado.
